Where are my models and materials?
Open My Downloads for purchased ZIPs. Each ZIP contains the advertised formats, materials and textures. Your first download starts your 30-day re-download window. If a file is missing, open an asset support request.
How do credits and payments work?
Your account wallet shows your credit balance and purchase history. Model prices are shown in CAD. Saving a model to a collection does not buy it or deduct credits. Payment support can help with a top-up or an unexpected charge.
I need help signing in
Use Forgot password on the login page to request a reset link. If you are already signed in, you can change your password from your account. Never include passwords, card numbers or API keys in support messages.
